The second stage of the Giro d'Italia (from Jesolo to Trieste, 156 km, 10 May 2009). The Giro d'Italia (the Tour of Italy), also simply known as The Giro, is a long distance road bicycle racing stage race for professional cyclists. 2009 marks the centenary edition of the Giro d'Italia; it's the edition of the return of Lance Armstrong.
